
Mark C. Schneider - President/CEO
Bringing more than 10 years of management experience designing and building automated machinery for Warner & Swasey, ICI Americas, and Wayne Automation, Mark Schneider joined the family business in 1988. After serving in multiple capacities at Albion from engineer to operations manager and vice president, he rose to President and CEO in 2000. Mark has oversen Albion's implementation of multiple new technologies in this period and guided it to its current position as the dominant US-based designer and manufacturer of dispensing solutions in the form of hand tools.

Louis R. Matlack - Director
Louis Matlack contributes a genuine understanding of the chemical industry. Aftrer graduating Phi Betta Kappa from Haverford College, he went on to receive his doctorate in Polymer Chemistry at Princeton. His experience includes eight years as President of George D. Wetherill & Co., a paint manufacturer, and 17 years with the Scott Paper Co. He is currently an active professional mediator. Lou joined the Albion Board in January of 1976.

Frederick Van Cott - Director
Frederick Van Cott has a strong background in sales, sales management and general business administration. Currently, he is Product Management Vice-President for Sea Gull Lighting Products, Inc., where he has been employed since 1971. Majoring in Accounting & Finance, he attended Pace College and C. W. Post Business School. His corporate background is contrasted with early experience in the family owned trucking business, and as the General Manager of the Cordy China Company. Fred joined the Albion Board in March of 1991.

William K. Holden - Director
William Holden has both an engineering and a business background. His employment experience includes configuration management and design engineering for RCA in Moorestown, NJ, and Chief Mechanical Engineer for Richard Aliamo & Associates, a consulting firm in Mt. Holly, NJ. From 1992 to 2000, he was Executive Vice President of Maltbie Associates, a museum exhibit contractor, where he was responsible for general operations. In 2000, he formed his own museum exhibit contracting firm, of which he is the CEO. Bill has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He joined the Albion Board in March of 1998.

Josh McCaully - Director
Josh McCaully brings an enthusiastic knowledge of technology and business operations to the group. He is currently with GrayHair Software, a pioneer in the mailing industry, where he is the Director of Client Development and the former head of IT Operations. Prior to this, he was a sales leader with Com-Pak Services where he handled their most vital accounts. Josh is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a double major in Marketing and Information Systems. He joined the Albion Board in March of 2007.
Terry Horner
Terry Horner has been associated with the adhesive and sealant industry for the last 30 years. An engineer by training, Terry started TAH Industries in 1974. The company was one of the early developers of plastic disposable mixers. These mixers were used with 2K meter/mix equipment and also cartridge systems. Regarding cartridge systems, TAH manufactured and developed side by side, coaxial, and the uniquue U-TAH style universal 2K cartridges. In August of 2007, the Horner family sold TAH Industries and TAH Europe to Nordson Corporation. Terry is now pursuing new investment opportunities. Terry Horner has an engineering undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters degree from New York University.

Family History
F. Karl Schneider, President 1929-1963, launched Albion into dispensing tools by Patent 1986166, which we stamp on all our Albion dispensing gun tools to remind us that he changed the way caulking guns operated by patenting the first smooth rod caulking gun.
