Mark C. Schneider, President/CEO, Albion Engineering dispensing solutionsMark C. Schneider
President/CEO

Mark Schneider joined the family business in 1988, with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Drexel University and has more than 10 years of management experience designing and building automated machinery for Warner & Swasey, ICI Americas and Wayne Automation. Mark has served in multiple capacities from engineer, operations manager, vice president, to presently President/CEO.

Louis R. Matlack – Director, Albion Engineering dispensing solutionsLouis R. Matlack - Director
Louis Matlack contributes a genuine understanding of the chemical industry. Graduating Phi Betta Kappa from Haverford College, he went on to receive his doctorate in Polymer Chemistry at Princeton. His experience includes eight years as President of George D. Wetherill & Co., a paint manufacturer, and 17 years with the Scott Paper Co. He is currently an active professional mediator. Lou joined the Albion Board in January, 1976.

Frederick Van Cott – Director, Albion Engineering dispensing solutionsFrederick Van Cott - Director
Frederick Van Cott has a strong background in sales, sales management and general business administration. Currently he is Product Management Vice-President for Sea Gull Lighting Products, Inc., where he has been employed since 1971. Majoring in Accounting & Finance he attended Pace College and C. W. Post Business School. His corporate background is contrasted with early experience in the family owned trucking business, and as the General Manager of the Cordy China Company. Fred joined the Albion Board in March, 1991.

William K. Holden - Director
William K. Holden – Director, Albion Engineering dispensing solutions William Holden has both an engineering and a business background. His employment experience includes configuration management design engineering for RCA in Moorestown, NJ and Chief Mechanical Engineer for Richard Aliamo & Associates, a consulting firm in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Since 1992 he has been Vice-President of Maltbie Associates, a museum and exhibit contractor where he is responsible for general operations. Bill has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He joined the Albion Board in March, 1998.

James M. Davidson, Jr. – Director, Albion Engineering dispensing solutionsJames M. Davidson, Jr. - Director
James Davidson contributes a small business owner's perspective of manufacturing operations and people management. Trained in Industrial Arts Education, he received his Bachelors Degree from Millersville State College in 1966 and his Masters Degree from Trenton State College in 1971. Since 1979, he has been the President and owner of H. N. Lucas & Son, a general tool & machine company that has operated as a family business since 1950. Jim joined the Albion Board in December of 1999.

Tom McCaully - Director
Thomas McCaully contributes extensive sales knowledge through 25 years in the direct marketing industry. He attended Trenton State College as well as Rutgers University. He is a member of the DMA, Graphics Communication Association, MASA and is a steering committee member of the Promotion Graphic Council. His association work consists of creating and enhancing standards within the Direct Marketing Industry. His current position is CEO of Com-Pak Services, Inc. With a staff of over 250 people in New Jersey and George. He joined the Board of Directors in March, 2000.

Family History
F. Karl Schneider, President 1929-1963,
launched Albion into dispensing tools by Patent 1986166, which we stamp on all our Albion dispensing gun tools to remind us that he changed the way caulking guns operated by patenting the first smooth rod caulking gun.
